International Student Journey: Thrive and Get Hired in the UK is a comprehensive coaching program designed specifically for international students navigating university life in the UK. This self-paced program offers ongoing, fully customizable support tailored to each student's unique goals and needs. Participants will receive expert guidance on adapting to academic culture, building a strong social and professional network, and mastering essential skills for both university success and career readiness. Through a blend of interactive sessions, practical resources, and one-on-one coaching, students will learn how to overcome common challenges faced by international students, from managing homesickness and cultural adjustment to excelling in coursework and preparing for the UK job market. The program covers topics such as effective communication, time management, CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and leveraging university resources for personal and professional growth. With up to three personalized coaching sessions per month, students can set their own pace and focus on the areas most relevant to their journey. Whether you’re just starting your studies or preparing to graduate, this program empowers you to thrive academically, build confidence, and secure meaningful employment in the UK. Cancellation Policy
1830 Tribe: 1-to-1 Mentorship Policy 1. Programme Overview The 1-to-1 Mentorship Programme provides personalised guidance and support for international students and young professionals navigating careers, sponsorship pathways, creative industries, and life in the UK. 2. Payments & Booking • Mentorship plans must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. • Sessions are subject to mentor availability. • Plans are non-transferable and only valid for the person who booked them. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may be counted as completed. • Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of mentorship. 4. Refund Policy • If no sessions have taken place, a full refund may be considered. • Once sessions begin, completed sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate. • Onboarding, admin, and preparation time may also be deducted where applicable. • No refunds will be granted after more than 50% of the plan has been completed. All refund requests must be made in writing to business@1830crew.com 5. Mentorship Scope Mentorship provides guidance, accountability, and educational support. It does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa outcomes, internships, business success, or financial results. 6. Conduct All communication must remain respectful and professional. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination without refund. 7. Confidentiality & Resources Information shared will be treated confidentially unless disclosure is legally required or there are safeguarding concerns. All resources remain the intellectual property of 1830 Tribe and must not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without permission. 8. Agreement By booking mentorship, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
